Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, regardless of the reason.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items
In accordance with French consumer law, the right of withdrawal also applies to discounted and sale items.
Therefore, sale items may be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced products. Our 30-day return policy exceeds the minimum legal withdrawal period of 14 days.
Only gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
